WXC100S CNC Bar Peeling Machine

WXC100S is a CNC centerless bar peeling machine for precision outside-diameter machining of metal round bars and long shafts. It removes surface cracks, decarburization, black skin, oxide scale and other defects before downstream grinding, drawing or finishing operations. The CNC control system improves feeding accuracy, tool positioning consistency and production repeatability. It is suitable for bright steel, alloy steel, bearing steel, spring steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy, copper alloy and aluminum alloy bar processing. Compared with conventional turning or manual peeling, WXC100S delivers higher productivity, better surface consistency and lower labor dependence. It is recommended for high-volume precision bar and export-grade metal material production. Typical applications include bar stock preparation for automotive parts, machinery components, bearing production, fastener materials and bright bar manufacturing.

WXC60C Semi-Automatic Bar Peeling Machine

WXC Series Centerless Lathe(commonly known as peeling machine)is a new generation high-efficiency lathe machine which is specialized in processing of metal bar surface such as slender shaft. It can not only quickly remove defects on the surface of round steel such as decarburization layer and cracks, but also realize relatively high precision and roughness. It is especially suitable for processing of super long round steel bar, with working efficiency several times of the traditional processing technology. This machine is mainly applied in the production of bright material and bright steel bar, and in the field of machinery manufacturing, auto parts, bearing production, spring manufacturing, military enterprises, the production and processing of slender shaft, titanium bar, copper bar, aluminum bar, magnesium bar and other non-ferrous metal bar or tube, and in the field of other machinery equipment manufacturing for material preparation. WXC series of centerless lathe includes CNC type and semi – automatic type. Semi automatic type is operated both hydraulically and manually. For example, tool is adjusted manually, feeding and extracting are realized with hydraulic controlled clamping device, and auto material loading and unloading are finished with pneumatic and electric controlled device. Operated with ease, high in cost performance, this machine is quite suitable for small or medium enterprises which requires lower degree of automation.

Tube and Bar Multi-Roll Straightening Machine

The seven roll straightener is used to straighten the bending of bar or tube created in the rolling process. It has obvious effect in solving bar head or tail bending, eliminating slight ellipticity and removing oxide scale. The material of bar or tube includes Carbon tool steel, carbon structural steel, alloy tool steel, alloy structural steel, spring steel, stainless steel, bearing steel, titanium chromium nickel alloy etc..

Pressure Straightening Machine

The press straightening machine is used for correcting local bending and deformation of bars, shafts, tubes, profiles and forged parts. It is especially suitable for point-by-point correction after heat treatment, machining, forging or transportation. The equipment applies controlled hydraulic pressure to selected bending positions while the operator or measuring system checks straightness and adjusts the correction amount. It can handle high-strength steel parts and larger workpieces that are not suitable for continuous roll straightening. Typical applications include shaft straightening, round bar correction, tube straightening, mold component repair, forged part finishing and heavy mechanical part rework. The machine features strong pressing force, stable hydraulic performance, easy operation and flexible tooling options. It helps reduce scrap rate and improves dimensional accuracy before final machining or inspection.
