This machine is a heavy-duty hydraulic straightening & cutting machine specially designed for solid plain round bars ranging from 16 mm to 30 mm in diameter. It adopts split high-power VFD drive configuration: a 75 kW main straightening motor, a 15 kW VFD feeding motor and a 7.5 kW hydraulic cutting motor, with a stable feeding speed of approx. 20 m/min. Equipped with ZQ400 reducer and a Ø230×2500 mm straightening drum fitted with 70×70 mm ductile iron wear-resistant straightening inserts, the hydraulic unit uses a heavy cylinder with 300 mm outer diameter which can cut max Ø30 mm 40Cr heat-treated round bar (acceptance standard: raw material hardness HB269). The machine is fitted with three sets of horizontal straightening rollers plus two groups of multi-groove feeding rollers, matched with GB standard UCP320 pillow block bearings; an optional lubrication oil box can be installed below feeding rollers for incoming bar lubrication. Three sets of standard cutting blades are included, and custom blades can be manufactured according to customers’ drawings. Supported by three sets of synchronized powered feeding rollers for stable material conveying, the machine automatically completes feeding, rough straightening, precision straightening and fixed-length hydraulic cutting in one continuous operation.
