ZL series chain plate type recoil drum chip removal device is especially suitable for various special machine tools and machining centers where the generated chips are long coils and have high requirements for the accuracy of the cutting fluid. This unit consists of a chip conveyor, cooling system, filtering system, control system and water tanks. It is an integrated device covering chip conveyance, filtering/purifying and cooling. It can provide multi-filtration over coolant, and can meet hi-precision processing requirements for machine tools. It is mainly used in the integrated treatment system for chip processing, recovering and conveying for various special machine tools with higher requirements for cooling and precision, like milling, boring, drilling and reaming machines.

A vortex separator is mainly used in the separation of coolant impurities in wet processing. The used water-based coolant enters the vortex separator from the inlet at a certain speed. As the coolant revolves down into the conical separating cavity, the coolant keeps accelerating and solid impurities will be discharged at the outlet while clean coolant will go up and flow out from the clean coolant outlet. This kind of separation will not consume filtering materials, and can be used together with other filtering devices.

The magnetic segregator is mainly applied in coolant purification for grinders and other machine tools. When dirty fluid passes between permanent magnetic rollers and a guide plate, impurities like iron chips are adsorbed to the outer walls of the magnetic roller. With pressing of the rubber rollers, the coolant inside the impurities is squeezed out and the impurities are removed to the collection tank by the scraper. This machine has an ideal separation effect, with a simple contour, small cubic measurement, easy installation and long service life. It is an ideal supporting facility for purifying the coolants in processing by grinding.

The Comb Separator is composed of a motor reducer, tank and magnetic roller. The magnetic roller is arranged in the shape of comb teeth. The motor reducer drives the magnetic roller for circular motion. After coolant with powder magnetic impurities enters the tank, the impurities will be absorbed onto the outer walls of the magnetic roller, and separated by a stainless steel plate(copper plate). Liquid with impurities will be screened and dried, and will finally be moved into the collecting tank by the scraper. This device is especially applicable for coolant treatment of grinders with tremendous flux and substantial impurities, like roll grinders, rolling wastewater treatment, and bearing grinding lines.
