H520NC

Model H520 is a gantry double-column CNC horizontal metal band saw with high-rigidity column frame for excellent anti-vibration performance. Its maximum cutting capacity is Φ520 mm for round stock and 520×520 mm for square stock, suitable for cutting round steel, square billet, alloy steel, tool steel and forged workpieces. It is equipped with five fixed cutting speeds: 20, 32, 48, 65, 80 m/min. The saw frame features hydraulically infinitely variable feed speed; the guide arm is manually adjustable and the saw blade adopts manual tensioning design, matched with recirculating coolant cooling system. Cemented carbide guide inserts effectively restrain blade deflection to extend service life of saw band. Power configuration: 5.5 kW main motor, 1.5 kW hydraulic pump motor and 90 W coolant pump motor; hydraulic working pressure ranges 2.5~3 MPa, with an 80 L coolant tank and 50 L hydraulic oil tank, net machine weight is 3 t. The built-in CNC control system enables automatic fixed-length feeding & automatic cutting for mass production. Widely used for batch blanking in steel structure, forging, machinery mold and hardware processing industries.
