Model HB-560 is a high-speed intelligent CNC double-column horizontal band saw built with rigid gantry double-column frame for outstanding vibration resistance, designed for high-efficiency precision metal cutting, with max cutting capacity of Φ560 mm round stock and 560×560 mm square stock. Equipped with intelligent CNC control system and touch screen panel, it supports preset cutting length & cutting quantity to realize fully-automatic feeding, clamping, cutting and piece counting in one cycle. The machine features multi-grade adjustable cutting speed and hydraulically infinitely variable saw frame feed speed. Cemented carbide guide inserts prevent saw band deflection, while circulating coolant cooling system continuously lubricates blades to extend saw service life. Fitted with automatic hydraulic clamping vice for stable workpiece fixing, it works perfectly for carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, stainless steel and forged profiles. Featuring stable cutting precision and high automation, it is widely used in precision mold processing, auto parts production, steel structure and forging industry for mass raw material blanking.
