High-precision low-temperature trolley-type resistance furnace

This is a customized box-type industrial furnace for metal thermal processing. It adopts a robust blue steel frame with double opening side doors, a high-temperature refractory lining inside the chamber and a rail-mounted movable bogie at the bottom. Workpieces are transported into/out of the furnace by the bogie along ground rails, widely used for annealing, normalizing, tempering and aging treatment of large castings & steel structures. Equipped with a digital control console and an independent electric cabinet to realize automatic heating, soaking and cooling control.
