This Steel Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine is specially developed for processing plain round bars and deformed rebars, which can complete feeding, straightening and fixed-length cutting in one continuous process for coiled steel wires ranging from 3.0 mm to 8 mm in diameter. It adopts separate dual-motor configuration: a 4 kW feeding & straightening motor ensures steady wire feeding, while a 3 kW hydraulic motor powers the cutting unit. The cutting length ranges from 50 mm to 2000 mm, and extended working length can be customized per clients’ demands. The cutting precision reaches ±0.2 mm; feeding speed will automatically decrease when cutting short blanks to guarantee dimensional accuracy. Featuring an integrated compact robust cabinet structure, the machine is easy to operate and widely used in construction stirrup production, wire mesh fabrication and hardware processing industries, ideal equipment for precision cutting of coiled steel.
