A vortex separator is mainly used in the separation of coolant impurities in wet processing. The used water-based coolant enters the vortex separator from the inlet at a certain speed. As the coolant revolves down into the conical separating cavity, the coolant keeps accelerating and solid impurities will be discharged at the outlet while clean coolant will go up and flow out from the clean coolant outlet. This kind of separation will not consume filtering materials, and can be used together with other filtering devices.
