ZLGB Series Scraper (Magnetic Scraper) Chip Conveyor

Scraper-type chip conveyors are mainly used for separating and removing non-lumping fine chips not exceeding 50mm in length during dry or wet processing, applicable to chips of various materials. Magnetic scraper-type chip conveyor finds its main application in conveying short steel scraps and cast iron scraps during wet processing. Driven by a motor reducer, the scraper chip conveyor adopts chains to bring along the scraper, to scrape the chips on the floor-plate of the conveyor out into the chip collecting cart. This device is reliable, with stable performance, quantitative chip conveying, convenient dismantling and easy maintenance.
