WXC100S CNC Bar Peeling Machine
WXC100S is a CNC centerless bar peeling machine for precision outside-diameter machining of metal round bars and long shafts. It removes surface cracks, decarburization, black skin, oxide scale and other defects before downstream grinding, drawing or finishing operations.
The CNC control system improves feeding accuracy, tool positioning consistency and production repeatability. It is suitable for bright steel, alloy steel, bearing steel, spring steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy, copper alloy and aluminum alloy bar processing.
Compared with conventional turning or manual peeling, WXC100S delivers higher productivity, better surface consistency and lower labor dependence. It is recommended for high-volume precision bar and export-grade metal material production.
Typical applications include bar stock preparation for automotive parts, machinery components, bearing production, fastener materials and bright bar manufacturing.
