The two-roll straightening machine is designed for straightening round bars, tubes and shaft-type workpieces after rolling, drawing, heat treatment or peeling. It corrects bending and improves straightness while supporting stable downstream machining quality.
The machine uses two specially profiled straightening rolls to apply controlled pressure and rotation to the workpiece. It is suitable for carbon steel, alloy steel, bearing steel, stainless steel, spring steel, titanium alloy and other metal bars or tubes.
The equipment is available in light-duty and heavy-duty configurations according to material diameter, strength and production speed. It is widely used in bright bar production lines, tube processing lines and precision metal material finishing.
