This is for heating large round steel billets at high temperatures. The furnace is designed for annealing, normalizing, quenching & tempering and stress relief of heavy round bars, forged blanks, rollers and large pipes.
Processing Performance: Adopting regenerative gas open-flame heating inside the furance, even & stable chamber temperature ensures uniform heating of stacked round steel. It optimizes metal microstructure, eliminates internal forging/rolling residual stress and improves the mechanical properties of finished products.
Structural Advantages: High heat-resistant refractory lining features outstanding thermal insulation & anti-thermal-shock performance to cut heat loss. Equipped with an intelligent temperature control system to accurately regulate full heating curves and reduce steel oxidation loss effectively.
