SC-22-B Acid-Free Wire Descaling Machine

SC-22-B acid-free wire descaling machine is designed for rust and oxide scale removal on medium and large wire materials. It is suitable for low-carbon round wire from diameter 12 mm to 24 mm, with maximum feeding speed up to 100 m/min.
The machine uses four sets of wear-resistant steel brush rollers to remove rust and scale mechanically through high-speed rotation. It avoids acid pickling, making the process cleaner and more environmentally friendly.
The system includes an independent 2.2 kW dust collection motor to collect descaling dust and improve workshop conditions. Four 4 kW main motors provide 16 kW main power plus 2.2 kW dust collection power.
The machine weighs about 2300 kg with dimensions of 3860 x 1300 x 1280 mm. It is widely used for prestressed wire, cold drawing stock, fasteners, welding wire and other metal wire pretreatment.
