SC-12 Automatic Wire Descaling Machine

SC-12 automatic wire descaling machine is designed to remove oxide scale and rust from round wire surfaces. It processes low-carbon steel wire from 5.5 mm to 12 mm and high-carbon steel wire from 5.5 mm to 10 mm, with maximum line speed up to 100 m/min.
The equipment uses four sets of high-speed steel brush wheels for mechanical rust removal. An independent 2.2 kW dust collection motor collects descaling dust in real time and improves the workshop environment.
The main drive uses three 4 kW motors, with total installed power of 12 kW plus 2.2 kW for dust collection. The operating current is no more than 6.8 A and the machine noise is below 65 dB.
With a net weight of about 1800 kg and overall dimensions of 2760 x 1250 x 1280 mm, SC-12 is suitable for wire drawing, welding wire, prestressed wire and fastener raw material pretreatment.
