Model H520 is a gantry double-column CNC horizontal metal band saw with high-rigidity column frame for excellent anti-vibration performance. Model GW4250 is a double-column gantry horizontal metal band saw featuring rigid column design for excellent vibration resistance. Its maximum cutting capacity reaches Φ500 mm for round stock and 500×700 mm for square stock, suitable for cutting large-size round steel, square billet, metal profiles and casting blanks. It is designed with five fixed cutting speeds: 20, 32, 48, 65, 80 m/min, while saw frame feeding adopts hydraulically infinitely variable speed control. The guide arm is manually adjustable and saw blade tension is manually operated, paired with recirculating coolant cooling system for blade temperature control. Cemented carbide guide inserts prevent saw band deviation during cutting. Equipped with a 4.0 kW main motor, 1.5 kW hydraulic pump motor and 90 W coolant pump motor, the hydraulic system works at 3 MPa, with 80 L coolant tank and 50 L hydraulic oil tank. Model S-440R is a hydraulic metal band saw machine with bi-directional swivel cutting head, which can rotate from -60° to 0° up to +60° for straight & angular cutting. Max cutting capacity: 0° straight cut: Ø440 mm round bar / 620×440 mm square stock 45° miter cut: Ø400 mm round bar / 400×400 mm square stock 60° miter cut: Ø280 mm round bar / 280×280 mm square stock Equipped with VFD variable speed control, cutting speed ranges 20~90 m/min. It is driven by a 3 kW main motor, 0.75 kW hydraulic pump motor and 0.07 kW coolant pump motor, supplied with one piece of bi-metal saw blade in size 5200×34×1.1 mm.
