Pipeline Pickling Line

The pipeline pickling line is designed for automatic acid pickling, rinsing, neutralization and surface cleaning of pipes and tubular workpieces. It can be configured with an acid mist purification system and wastewater purification and reuse system.
The production line supports pipeline pickling, automatic pickling, acid mist collection, wastewater treatment, corrosion-resistant tanks, circulation systems, transfer devices and centralized control.
It is suitable for removing oxide scale, rust and surface contamination before coating, galvanizing, passivation or further processing. The line improves surface cleanliness, production efficiency and environmental control.
