M10200 Centerless Grinding Machine

M10200 centerless grinding machine is used for through-feed grinding of cylindrical parts such as rings, shafts and bars. It can also perform plunge grinding for cones under 3 degrees, stepped shafts and various rotary workpieces.
The machine adopts a double-side moving layout. The work rest remains fixed while the grinding wheel frame and regulating wheel frame feed toward the workpiece, making it convenient to integrate automatic loading and unloading devices.
This structure is especially suitable for automation and for processing heavy or long bar-type parts. It provides stable grinding accuracy, reliable rigidity and consistent surface finish.
Typical applications include bearing parts, shaft components, precision bars, automotive parts and industrial cylindrical workpieces that require high roundness and surface quality.
