M Series Centerless Grinding Machine

M Series centerless grinding machines are suitable for plunge grinding and through-feed grinding of workpieces with diameters from 1 mm to 200 mm. The maximum plunge grinding width can reach 400 mm.
High-quality castings and improved internal coolant channels provide strong thermal stability and machine rigidity. The modular machine design allows selection of bearing spindles or hydrostatic ceramic spindles according to workpiece requirements.
The machine uses a fixed work-rest layout with grinding wheel and regulating wheel feeding, simplifying later automation design. This advantage is especially valuable for grinding heavy parts and long bar-type workpieces.
Modular dressing systems can be equipped with single-point diamond dressers, diamond rollers or forming rollers, and optional acoustic sensors can optimize dressing performance and grinding stability.
