This equipment is an energy-saving periodic heating machine for large-scale industrial drying and heat treatment. It features double split furnace doors and a rail-mounted movable bogie with a rated load capacity of 30 tons; the bogie moves in and out of the furnace along embedded tracks to load massive workpieces in bulk. Equipped with an air duct structure on the side walls and ceiling plus an integrated electric control cabinet on the right side for automatic temperature regulation, the furnace is widely applied in casting drying, metal coating curing, heavy mechanical parts dehydration and refractory material sintering.
