We primarily design, research and development, and manufacture immersion-type surface treatment equipment for parts and through-type surface treatment equipment for sheets. Our main products include: immersion pickling equipment; fluorescence detection equipment; pickling and passivation equipment; pickling and phosphating equipment; through-type pickling equipment for sheets, anodizing equipment, nickel plating equipment; high-temperature blackening equipment; nitrogen oxide and acid/alkali gas treatment equipment; and PP plastic product manufacturing and processing. Our products have obtained numerous patents.

Our products are widely used in the aerospace, railway, automotive, electronics, construction machinery, and sporting goods industries.

1.Industrial Control Systems: Based on client requirements, industrial control software is deployed on an industrial PC (IPC) to facilitate the real-time display, operation, monitoring, and alarm management of all equipment on the production line. The user interface is customized to incorporate backend functionalities such as alarm logs, trend charts, reports, and database management.

2. Temperature Control: All process temperatures are PI-regulated for precise temperature control, generating trend curves that can be viewed anytime within three years;

3. Rectifier Control: For each batch of products, the system automatically calculates the required current and voltage for each process stage based on the loading parameters; it then automatically tracks and adjusts these values, generating trend curves that can be accessed and reviewed at any time within three years.

4. Online Data: During production, workpiece data for any specific process stage can be viewed, and production parameters—such as plating duration, passivation color, etc.—can be modified online.

5. Crane Operation Program: The open-source crane operation program allows for complete control of crane actions via digital codes. It is customizable, allowing for the creation of processes, crane sequence, etc., without requiring programmers to modify the program.

6. Online process: The process tank can be used or shielded, and the tank time can be set by the user;

7. Product Database: When adding products, you can select any product in the database, edit it, and add products; products that have been produced are automatically remembered and can be retrieved next time.

8. Order Entry via Barcode Scanning: The system scans the production order barcode using a connected barcode scanner, automatically retrieves process configuration parameters, calculates the crane path, controls the crane's movement, and controls the rectifier, temperature control, and dosing equipment to meet the parameter requirements of the product processing.

9. Advanced positioning mode: The entire line of trains is positioned using laser or barcode scanning, achieving rapid and accurate positioning. Trains can start and run from any location, and changing positions is simple and quick.

10. Historical Database: Automatically records and allows for the retrieval of production data for any product batch on any given day within the past three years.

11. Other basic intelligent functions for customers : such as code diagnosis, remote assistance, etc.

12. Synchronized Display: Production information can be synchronously displayed on office computers anytime, anywhere via the internet.

Production assurance: Extensive experience in designing professional processing equipment and industry-leading pickling equipment;

Safety: The equipment is designed to handle hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid; consequently, the tank body, piping, and valves are constructed from stainless steel or PVDF materials. Utilizing a hot-melt welding process, the acid inlet and discharge pumps, piping, and valves are integrated into an acid-resistant containment tray system to minimize the risk of drips and leaks. The pickling tank features a reinforced structural design, and a drip tray has been installed beneath the entire tank assembly. Furthermore, the circulation and filtration unit for the pickling tank is constructed from imported PVDF material to ensure operational safety.

Aesthetics: The equipment's overall enclosure features a design that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional, incorporating a top-mounted exhaust system, upper protective shielding, central viewing windows, and a lower protective skirting.
