This automatic electroplating equipment is designed for surface treatment of metal parts, bars, wires and industrial components. It supports continuous or batch-type plating processes according to product size, coating requirements and production capacity.
The production line can include pretreatment, degreasing, rinsing, pickling, activation, electroplating, post-treatment, hydrogen removal, drying, wastewater collection and exhaust treatment systems.
The equipment is suitable for zinc plating, nickel plating, copper plating and other functional or decorative coating processes. It improves corrosion resistance, surface finish, dimensional consistency and product appearance.
The line can be customized with automatic transfer, PLC control, temperature control, rectifier systems, filtration, dosing and environmental protection units for export-oriented industrial production.
